The current system makes you scramble for tickets without any assurance
of fairness or transparency, with hours and hours wasted in virtual queues.
It’s an experience that hasn’t changed in over 15 years.

We prioritise fans' time and protect how they get tickets first.

HERE'S HOW ADVANCED TICKET REGISTRATION WORKS:

Select tickets in advance

When a tour is announced, fans have an advanced registration window to select tickets for the shows they want to go to. This can be at a time that's convenient for them, before the presale opens. It's an extra chance to secure tickets before general release.

Saving fans' time

With a membership pass already in their wallet, it's just 3 clicks to select the tickets they want to register for. Everyone has the same amount of time, and we prioritise everyone's first choice - so as many fans get tickets as possible.

With pre-authentication

By pre-authorising payment for tickets, we're able to auto-allocate tickets when they go on sale and make it fair for everyone. If the presale is oversubscribed, then unsuccessful entries will have their payment released back.

FAQ's

How does the membership pass give fans access to presale?

By signing up to an artist or venue pass and downloading it into the Apple or Google wallet, we ensure that fans get notified of the biggest moments - including the ability to register for tickets in advance of the presale.

The account created to get the pass also unlocks access to presale tickets.

How does the membership rewards platform work?

Fans are notified every time there is a new ‘drop’ (an incentive, reward, offer etc).
We also have a gated homepage where fans can sign in to see these drops.

Access is entirely free, and this is where fans can purchase exclusive products and unlock discounts.

Fans can also upgrade their membership to a paid tier to get guaranteed access and rewards.

The offering is shaped entirely by the artist, venue or brand.

Does registering for tickets in advance of the presale guarantee tickets?

In each presale, fans have the chance to register in advance for tickets. This means no waiting in queues or having to be online at 10am to get tickets. Pre-authorising a payment allows us to automatically allocate tickets, but they are not guaranteed. All fans who register will receive an 'in the mix email' explaining how this all works.

Once fans have registered for tickets, do they have to do anything when presale goes live?

The aim is to remove the panic when the presale opens. By registering in advance, fans don't need to be waiting at their screen, refreshing the page in a race to get tickets. If the presale is significantly oversubscribed, then not everyone will get tickets.

However, we make sure that this is fair and those who get tickets are selected at random from all the advanced registrations. There is no speed advantage for registering first, with everyone having the same amount of time to enter.

What happens if fans are unsuccessful in getting tickets in the presale?

If fans are unsuccessful in getting any tickets, they will get an email before the presale opens.
The payment hold that we placed on the card will be released and will not be charged.
There won’t be a refund as the payment is simply not taken and released back to the card, so there is nothing further to do.

More tickets may become available once the presale opens and if this is the case, we will notify any unsuccessful fans of where to get tickets next.

Can fans register for more than one event on the tour?

Fans can register for as many events as they like on the tour. Please be aware that we hold payment for all tickets that are registered for, and so fans may be successful in getting all tickets for they register for.
If the presale is oversubscribed, we prioritise the tickets they select first.

They may not be successful in getting more tickets, especially if the tour has a restriction on the number of tickets that can purchase per household.

Emails will be sent to all successful entries when the presale opens - they can also sign in to their profile to see the events that they were unsuccessful in getting.

When will fans get confirmation of their tickets?

If fans have been successful, an email will be sent to the address they registered with as soon as the presale opens.

Tickets are then kept secure in the fan profile and they will be sent an SMS closer to the show to notify them to download the tickets.

This is subject to the tour terms and conditions.

Ticket transfers may be restricted, including enforcing that the ticket purchaser must attend the event.

If fans need to resell their tickets, there are instructions of how to do this in the fan profile. We only allow face value resale and any tickets sold for more maybe cancelled.
