1. Contracting Parties
The platform and all content are owned by Planet 101 Ltd. Users must be at least 14 years old to register (parental permission required if under 18).
2. Passwords
Users must keep passwords secure and confidential. Sharing account details or creating multiple accounts to abuse functionality is prohibited. Users bear responsibility for all activity under their account.
3. The Planet Platform
Planet offers direct-to-fan ticketing and “Access All Areas” membership pages providing exclusive brand content, notifications, and merchandise. The service is available for free browsing.
4. Age Restrictions
No one under 13 may create an account. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
5. The AAA Pass
Users can subscribe to brand-specific “Access All Areas” digital passes providing exclusive content, notifications, merchandise, and early access opportunities. Items are subject to availability and may change without notice.
6. Tickets (Licence to Attend)
Each ticket purchased is a revocable licence to attend an event, subject to platform terms and event-specific conditions.
7. Payments
Accepted methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and others).
ALL PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED. Card holders must have sufficient funds available.
8. Order Confirmation
Confirmations are sent to registered email addresses. Users should contact customer service immediately if confirmations aren’t received or errors are detected.
9. Resale of Licence(s)
Resales are permitted only through Planet’s marketplace. Sellers must comply with applicable laws and are responsible for paying taxes on resale transactions.
10. Ticket Purchases (General)
Ticket holders assume all risks from weather and force majeure events. Event dates and times may change. Purchases are final; no exchanges or refunds apply.
11. Ticket Purchase (Primary)
Primary tickets typically include convenience charges, processing fees, and may include facility service charges. Digital delivery usually has no delivery charge.
12. Purchases — Resale
Resale tickets may include additional buyer, transfer, and logistics fees that vary by event. All completed transactions are final.
13. Ticket Sales
Sales through unauthorised marketplaces may result in transfer cancellation, sales fee charges, licence revocation, or ticket revocation. Seller fees vary by event.
14. Ticket Sales — Primary
Planet acts on behalf of brands, promoters, or venues when selling primary tickets.
15. Ticket Sales — Resale
Planet acts on behalf of sellers when reselling tickets with authority to conclude sales to buyers.
16. Ticket Transfers
Transfer fees vary by event and venue. Ticket holders may need to show identification at events.
17. Restrictions
Processing times may vary by seconds or minutes. Listings remain in effect until expiration or withdrawal is processed. Transfer/resale restrictions vary by ticket and must be reviewed before purchase.
Right to Cancel Primary or Resale Transaction
Planet may cancel transactions without notice in circumstances including:
- Venue revokes tickets
- Event is cancelled without rescheduling
- Payment method fails to remit payment
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
- Unauthorised account use
- Agreement breach by buyer, seller, or transferee
- Unlawful listings or transactions
- Ticket limit violations
- Pricing errors
- Buyer payment failure
Refunds from cancellations exclude service, processing, or facility fees.
18. Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed. Event postponement or cancellation policies vary by venue. Resale tickets cannot be refunded for postponements. If events are rescheduled, primary ticket holders may seek refunds within stated timeframes.
19. Limits on Tickets and Parking Rights
Venues and promoters may set purchase limits. Purchases across multiple sessions are aggregated. Exceeding limits may result in unfulfilled orders.
20. Availability of Tickets
Ticket availability changes frequently. Planet doesn’t control inventory. Additional tickets may be released after initial sales. Once purchased, orders cannot be exchanged even if additional inventory becomes available.
21. Pricing and Other Errors
If ticket pricing is obviously incorrect, Planet reserves the right to cancel orders and refund amounts paid.
22. Venue/Event Specific Terms and Conditions
Purchasing tickets constitutes agreement to venue and event-specific terms and conditions.
23. Delivery of Tickets
Tickets are delivered electronically to user accounts. Some events have restricted delivery options or delayed delivery windows. Users must have a smartphone in most cases. Mailed tickets are sent to the address provided at purchase. Contact customer service if tickets aren’t received five days before the event.
24. Competition Guidelines
- Giveaways must be redeemed only by pass holders.
- Event competition winners must be 18+ with photographic ID.
- Prizes/tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Travel is not included unless stated.
- Alcoholic items are for licensed venues and guests 18+.
- Planet reserves the right to withdraw competitions.
25. Proper Conduct
Attendees must conduct themselves properly. Venue operators and event producers may refuse admission or eject attendees for disorderly conduct, inappropriate language, failure to provide identification, or rule violations without refund.
26. Recording/Photography Restrictions
Users may not record, transmit, or aid in recording event descriptions or reproductions. Users grant permission to Planet, venues, and performers to use names, images, and likenesses in any display or transmission without further authorisation or compensation.
27. Search/No Expectation of Privacy
Users consent to searches of persons and belongings at entry. Certain items (alcohol, drugs, cameras, recording devices, etc.) may be prohibited. Users have no expectation of privacy regarding actions at events.
28. Platform Content
Content is provided “as is” without warranties. Planet owns intellectual property rights. Content may not be published, reproduced, or re-utilised except as expressly permitted. Misuse may result in account termination.
29. User Content Licence
When uploading content, users grant Planet a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and use content for service provision and promotional purposes. Users waive moral rights. Planet may edit or crop materials.
30. Take Downs
Planet retains the right to remove non-compliant user content without responsibility for delays.
31. Code of Conduct for User Content
Users agree to obey all laws and take responsibility for uploaded content. Prohibited activities include:
- Posting unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable material
- Posting content without rights
- Abusing other users
- Unauthorised activities
- Publishing contact details
- Multiple account registration
- Posting viruses or malicious code
- Compromising platform architecture
- Affiliate marketing, spam, or chain letters
- Contacting users who requested non-contact
- Stalking or harassment
- Collecting personal data unlawfully
- Automated data collection without permission
- Irrelevant or repetitive content
- Unauthorised system access
- Using automated posting devices
- “Gaming the system”
Users acknowledge exposure to unfair, offensive, or objectionable comments and waive rights regarding such submissions.
32. Objectionable Material
Users should report objectionable or unlawful content via the contact details on planet.fans/terms. False allegations may have adverse legal consequences.
33. Termination of This Agreement
Planet may terminate access or accounts if users breach terms, fail to comply with conditions, or if legally required. Users may request content removal via email.
34. Liability
Planet’s liability is limited to amounts actually paid or £100 GBP (whichever is greater). Planet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses except for death or personal injury from negligence.
35. Warranties
ALL PLANET PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Planet makes no warranty regarding service interruption, security, error-free operation, or material quality. Users assume all risk for service use and content acquisition.
36. Indemnity
Users indemnify Planet for losses from warranty breaches, material misuse, or third-party infringement claims related to user-provided content.
37. Complaints
Copyright holders and complainants should contact Planet with specific URLs and reasons for objections.
38. Trade Marks
Brand names and service names are trademarks of Planet or trading partners unless otherwise stated.
39. Hacking
Users must not attempt to damage, deny service to, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform. Violations result in payment of damages and potential prosecution.
40. No Partnership
Platform use creates no partnership, client, or fiduciary relationship.
41. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between parties.
42. Force Majeure
Planet is not liable for failures caused by events outside reasonable control.
43. Severance
If any provision is found illegal or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain valid.
44. No Waiver
Waiver of one breach does not constitute waiver of other provisions.
45. Variation
Planet may amend terms by posting new versions. Continued use constitutes acceptance of amendments.
46. Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of London courts.
